An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded Strategy Business Partner to work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, translating corporate strategy into actionable business initiatives that drive performance, growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and business leaders to develop strategic plans and long-term roadmaps.
- Prepare business cases, board papers, presentations and executive recommendations.
- Analyse business performance, market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
- Develop KPI reporting, dashboards and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Finance, People, Product and Technology.
About You
- Experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Management Consulting.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Proven ability to develop business cases and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working in a complex, highly regulated or corporate environment will be highly regarded.
