PSG are representing a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider in Perth's Eastern Suburbs who are looking to add an experienced Server/Network Engineer to their growing team. In this role you will be providing a mix of IT support and project worrk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and set up servers, switches, firewalls, storage solutions, and virtualized environments.
- Establish and maintain Wi-Fi networks and backup solutions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 IT support as required, assisting clients with technical issues.
- Engage in project work to implement innovative IT solutions.
- Travel to client sites across the Perth metro area and occasionally to remote locations across Australia.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Server/Network Engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of server and network infrastructure.
- Permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for site support as necessary.
