Looking to kick-start or grow your IT support career with a stable, well-established organisation? Our client, a manufacturing business based in Perth's Eastern suburbs, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1 support — from device deployment through to day-to-day user support.

About the Role

You'll provide Level 1 Service Desk support to the business, with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment, mobile device management, and Active Directory user account administration, alongside general troubleshooting and support requests.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • PC imaging and device deployment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Active Directory – setting up and managing user accounts
  • Level 1 Service Desk support experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows and M365
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
