Systems Administrator
Are you an experienced Systems Administrator ready to take ownership of a diverse, hands-on infrastructure environment? Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Perth's Eastern suburbs, is looking for a skilled IT professional to join their team and play a key role in supporting and evolving their technology environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety — from day-to-day server and network administration through to contributing to a strategic cloud migration over the next 18 months.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organisation's on-premise IT infrastructure, while also playing an active role in planning and executing the move to cloud-based systems over the coming 18 months.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Microsoft 365 (M365) administration
- Active Directory (AD) management
- Windows Server administration
- Nutanix and VMware virtualisation environments
- Firewall management (Palo Alto or similar)
- Cisco and HP networking equipment
Highly Regarded
- Prior experience with on-prem to cloud migration projects
- Exposure to broader Microsoft cloud/Azure environments
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
