We are on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery coordination across:
- Architecture teams
- Development team leads
- Test function
- Own and maintain integrated delivery plans, tracking progress across all work streams
- Act as the central point of co-ordination between delivery teams and the client’s PMO
- Manage and track:
- Scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues
- Drive clear visibility and reporting of delivery progress, risks, and mitigations
- Support and challenge delivery teams to ensure:
- Alignment to priorities
- Realistic planning
- Delivery accountability
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure dependencies are actively managed
- Lead change control and planning adjustments in response to evolving client direction
- Mentor and guide work stream leads on planning and delivery practices
Skills & Experience You Will Bring
- 10+ years ’ experience in project or program management , ideally in complex technology environments
- Experience in AI/ Data platforms
- Experience managing multi-stream delivery
- Strong experience working in high-complexity or fast-moving programs
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including client PMO engagement
- Experience working with technical teams (software, platform, or engineering)
- Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery tracking capability
- Ability to influence without direct authority across senior technical stakeholders
