About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Team Leader for a leading corporate provider in Perth. This is a true "working leader" position where you will actively process day-to-day transactions while supervising a team.

Core Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess experience in the following areas:
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or supervising an accounts team.
- Pronto ERP: Hands-on, confident daily operational proficiency with Pronto / Pronto Xi is beneficial.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Deep end-to-end processing knowledge, vendor management, and payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Full-function collections, invoicing, allocations, and dispute resolution.
- Payroll: Direct experience processing or overseeing end-to-end transactional payroll workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily workflows of a small transactional team.
- Transactional Oversight: Actively process and support high-volume AP, AR, and payroll runs alongside your team during peak periods.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within Pronto and implement smart, efficient workflow improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal department heads regarding financial queries and processing status.
