A global client of ours is currently looking for an experienced Senior Billings Officer to join their finance team in Perth. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in billing operations, ERP systems and process improvement who enjoys working across projects, systems and stakeholder groups in a fast-moving environment.

This position will support a range of billing and finance initiatives, with a strong focus on improving workflows, maintaining billing accuracy, supporting system-related activities and driving operational efficiencies across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex billing and invoicing activities across the business
  • Support ongoing process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
  • Assist with billing-related projects and operational change activities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
  • Prepare and maintain billing reports, reconciliations and supporting documentation
  • Monitor billing controls and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Support pricing updates, customer invoicing changes and account maintenance activities
  • Assist with reporting, KPI tracking and data analysis
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams regarding billing procedures and workflows
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
About You
  • Previous experience in a senior billing, invoicing or accounts receivable role
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and financial operations
  • Experience working with process improvements, workflow efficiencies or systems-related projects
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
