About the role
- Support the development and training of team members
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients beyond standard compliance services
- Manage a portfolio of clients with minimal oversight from senior leadership
- Collaborate with Associate Directors, Senior Managers, and Directors as required
- Ensure all work is delivered accurately, on time, and within budget
About you
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- CPA or CA qualification completed
- Proactive and able to work effectively within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience with Xero is highly regarded
