We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Specialist with Payroll and Pronto experience to join a well-established mining services business located south of the river. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll and reconciliation experience who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
With EOFY approaching, this position will play a key role in supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and finance processes across the business. Flexible working arrangements are on offer, including hybrid working and the option of a 4-day working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing and payroll-related finance activities
- Complete EOFY payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Reconcile annual leave and long service leave accruals
- Reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts
- Assist with leave liability reporting and analysis
- Support month-end and year-end finance processes
- Ensure payroll data integrity and compliance
- Work closely with finance and payroll stakeholders across the business
About You
- Previous experience in payroll finance or payroll accounting roles
- Strong reconciliation experience across payroll and balance sheet accounts
- Experience working with leave accruals and payroll liabilities
- Essential experience using Pronto
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
