About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator
for a 1-year fixed-term contract
to support our Senior Project Managers in delivering key business and technology initiatives.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining operational rigor across the project lifecycle. You will oversee project administration, manage documentation, track actions, and generate essential reporting artifacts to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Governance:
Support Project Managers by taking detailed meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, tracking action items, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Documentation & Registers:
Maintain, update, and audit project files, logs, and registers to track overall progress and retain accurate records.

Scheduling & Artifact Coordination:
Coordinate meetings and workshops, organize events, and facilitate the collation of project deliverables, presentations, and reporting packs.

Data Interpretation & Reporting:
Analyze, interpret, and present project data to assist Coordinators and Senior Managers with decision-making and status tracking.

Artifact Maintenance:
Manage project repositories, ensure version control, and maintain continuous alignment with project governance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Project Support Experience:
Proven track record in a Project Coordinator or Project Officer role within a structured project environment.

Tooling Proficiency:
Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Office 365(advanced Excel) and Microsoft Project. Experience using enterprise PPPM platforms(specifically Dynamics) is highly desirable.

Analytical & Data Skills:
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, summarize insights, and produce clear status reports for management.

Security Eligibility:
Active Baseline Security Clearance
is preferred. Australian Citizens
eligible and willing to obtain Baseline clearance will also be considered.

Communication:
High-level organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
