Our client is undertaking a strategic programme to replace a complex, long-standing paper-based process with a modern, scalable software solution. You will sit at the center of this initiative — translating the needs of diverse business stakeholders into clear, actionable requirements that guide a talented engineering team from discovery through to delivery.
The role
Map and analyse existing paper-based workflows end-to-end, identifying inefficiencies and digitisation opportunities
Elicit, document, and prioritise detailed business and functional requirements with senior stakeholders
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to guide development sprints
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the SDLC
Drive UAT activities and validate that delivered features meet business intent
Contribute to change management and training materials ahead of go-live
Your skills
Proven experience as a Product or Business Analyst on software delivery projects
Demonstrable track record of digitising manual or paper-based processes
Strong proficiency with requirements tools: Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
Confident facilitating workshops and interviews with C-suite and operational staff alike
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks
Analytical mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in regulated industries (financial services, legal, or healthcare) advantageous
