Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Maintaining employee records and payroll data.
• Processing superannuation, leave, and other payroll obligations.
• Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and legislative requirements.
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous experience in an end-to-end Payroll Officer position.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with payroll systems and solid Excel skills.
