An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a high-performing payroll team based in Perth. You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll delivery, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, mentor a dedicated team, and play a key role in driving systems and process improvements.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading and developing a team of Payroll Officers.
- Managing end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
- Driving payroll systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Acting as the go-to expert on all payroll-related matters.
- 5+ years' experience in a Payroll Manager role.
- Strong experience managing multi-jurisdictional payrolls.
- Excellent knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
- A collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for improving systems, processes, and team capability.
- Flexible working hours (38-hour week).
- Hybrid working arrangement of up to 2 days from home following probation.
