With a strong reputation in the mid-market and a people-first culture, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager to join their Adelaide Business Services & Advisory team.

About the Opportunity

Working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services while mentoring and developing junior staff.

Depending on your level, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing a portfolio of business services clients
  • Providing strategic business and tax advisory services
  • Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
  • Managing workflow and client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior and intermediate team members
  • Assisting with business development and growth initiatives
  • Working closely with Partners and senior leadership

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
  • Experience within public practice/business services accounting
  • Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Leadership capability and mentoring experience
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
