Our client is a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to mid-sized businesses. They're on the lookout for a Senior Level 3 Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to be part of an expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Owning technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting for diverse client environments.
- Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 , including Teams Voice, Intune, and Security Center.
- Managing Windows Server environments.
- Leading network setups using Routers. Switches, APs, and firewalls.
- Monitoring threats using SIEM and coordinating incident responses.
- Managing and learning 3CX VoIP , with full training provided.
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior technical support roles.
- Microsoft 365 mastery (Teams Voice, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Security).
- Confidence with network architecture and deployment.
- Exposure to SIEM solutions (Huntress preferred).
- VoIP experience (3CX or similar – training will be provided if needed).
- Experience in the MSP industry and managing multiple clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
