Our client is expanding their Service Desk Team and is currently looking to add a First and Second Line Service Desk Officer to their service desk team on a 6-month contract basis.
The Role
You will be the core contact dealing with level 1 and 2 support queries over the phone and via email. This role is customer focused and would ideally suit a service desk technician who has over 12 months experience providing 1st line support.
Your Skills
- Providing Level 1 and 2nd ICT support.
- Configure, Install, and test and monitor ICT network equipment, software, servers, and other infrastructure.
- Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure.
- Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system
- Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
- MS 365 experience essential.
