Financial Accountants (x2) | Mining | Tier One | Big 4 Audit Background | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Location: Perth
Rate: $70-80ph + Super
Contract: Initial 6 Months | Potential Temp-to-Perm
THE ROLE
A tier one growing mining/resources business is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant to support the finance team through a busy year-end period.
This role would suit someone coming from a Big 4 or mid-tier audit background who has either recently moved into commerce or already gained experience within a mining/resources environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Statutory reporting and audit support
- Technical accounting and compliance
- Fixed asset and capital accounting support
- Process improvement initiatives and finance support
ABOUT YOU
- CA qualified or near completion
- Big 4 or mid-tier audit background required
- Mining/resources exposure highly regarded
- Strong technical financial accounting capability
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP desirable
- Available immediately only
