An established and growing mining services organisation is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational leaders across a large portfolio of mining operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through high-quality financial analysis, reporting and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.
- Prepare variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial modelling.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business improvement initiatives.
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations and financial governance.
- Drive process improvements and support finance-related projects.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified.
- 5+ years' experience in finance, management accounting or business partnering.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
- Mining, contracting, heavy industry or asset-intensive experience highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
- Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
