- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/CPA desirable)
- 2+ years’ experience in financial or management accounting, ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
- Confident communicator, skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders
