Our client is a well-established and growing ASX-listed organisation with a strong national presence. They are currently seeking a Data & Integration Specialist to join their collaborative IT team based in Belmont.

The Role
We are looking for a Data & Integration Specialist with strong full stack development capability to design, build, and support integrations and data pipelines across enterprise systems.
This role sits at the intersection of applications, integrations, and data, supporting secure and reliable data flows between business systems while enabling automation, reporting, and operational insights.
You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and data users to deliver scalable and well-governed technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and transformation processes
- Develop integration-enabled applications, services, and utilities
- Produce technical documentation including solution designs and interface specifications
- Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Troubleshoot and support production integrations and data pipelines
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust solutions
- Contribute to integration and data standards across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with API and integration development
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines and transformation processes
- Full stack development experience across backend and frontend technologies
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience working within structured development and release environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Technical Environment
- REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2/OIDC, Webhooks
- .NET, Node.js and/or Python
- React, Angular or similar frontend frameworks
- Git and CI/CD practices
- Data modelling and validation
- Logging and monitoring practices
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft ecosystem and Power Platform integrations
- Cloud platforms such as Azure
- Data governance and security-focused environments
- Large enterprise or multi-system environments
