The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation based in Perth that is looking to bring on a Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and system improvements across the business.

This is a great opportunity to work across finance, sales, and operational data, driving insights and improving reporting capability through modern tools including the Microsoft Power Platform.

You’ll play a key role in optimising reporting, supporting ERP systems, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Jet Reports
• Work with SQL datasets and build custom measures using DAX
• Develop and maintain PowerApps connected to SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL
• Source and consolidate data from multiple systems for accurate reporting
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting for stakeholders across the business
• Improve and streamline existing reporting processes and workflows
• Support and maintain ERP reporting tools and system data integrity
• Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting issues across departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Assist with data uploads (ETL processes) into ERP systems
• Create documentation including specifications, diagrams, and process flows
• Recommend improvements through automation and better use of technology

About You

• 2–4+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Strong experience with:
  • Power BI
  • DAX
  • SQL
  • Power Apps / Power Platform
• Experience working with ERP systems(Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ETL processes
• Experience supporting finance or manufacturing data environments
• Understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices
