The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established organisation undergoing a series of system and business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on TechnologyOne across key functional areas.
This role will play a key part in driving change, adoption and business readiness across multiple streams including Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM.
You’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, engagement and long-term adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across TechnologyOne initiatives
- Drive user adoption and business readiness across Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM modules
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to manage change impacts and communication strategies
- Develop and deliver training, engagement and communication plans
- Support system deployments and rollouts, ensuring smooth transition into BAU
- Identify and drive business improvement opportunities aligned to system capability
- Work closely with project teams to align change with technical delivery timelines
- Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change approach
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Advisor within enterprise system environments
- Strong experience working with TechnologyOne (TechOne)
- Exposure to one or more of:
- Property & Ratings
- Compliance
- ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
- Demonstrated experience driving user adoption and engagement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience within local government, utilities or regulated environments
- Exposure to ERP transformation programs
- Formal change management methodology (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
