This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office environment while also supporting general administrative and light finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
- General administration and office coordination
- Data entry and document processing
- Processing invoices and assisting with basic accounts tasks
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office operations
About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Basic numeracy skills with an interest in learning accounts processes
- MYOB exposure is highly regarded (not essential)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
